Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of HipHopServers products, websites, and related services.

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HipHopServers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the services immediately.

If you are using the services on behalf of an artist, label, management company, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Services and Scope

HipHopServers provides creator-focused infrastructure services, including but not limited to website deployment, managed hosting, promotional tooling, and operations support.

Service scope is defined by the selected plan, approved proposal, and any executed service order. Deliverables outside agreed scope may require change approvals and additional fees.

  • Scope definitions are documented in onboarding or order agreements.
  • Delivery estimates are targets and may depend on client approvals or assets.
  • Feature requests may be queued based on priority and SLA tier.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, API keys, and connected third-party tokens.

You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or security incidents tied to your account or managed properties.

  • Provide accurate and current profile and billing details.
  • Do not share credentials with unauthorized collaborators.
  • Use strong passwords and multifactor authentication where available.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity, including attempts to compromise platform security or violate third-party rights.

  • No malware distribution, phishing, or unauthorized scanning.
  • No content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.
  • No exploitation of service limits to degrade shared infrastructure.

5. Fees, Billing, and Renewals

Recurring fees are billed based on your selected plan. One-time project fees and add-ons are billed according to approved proposals or invoices.

Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions renew automatically at the current billing cadence and rate in effect at renewal time.

  • You authorize us to charge your saved payment method for due invoices.
  • Late or failed payments may result in service restrictions or suspension.
  • Taxes, duties, and processing charges may apply where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your trademarks, media, and original content. You grant us a limited license to use these materials solely to provide contracted services.

HipHopServers retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, workflows, and pre-existing platform intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as payment processors, analytics providers, streaming vendors, and domain registrars.

Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for external service interruptions or policy changes.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, legal requirements, or behavior that creates security or reputational risk.

Upon termination, we may disable access to managed systems and archive project data according to our retention policy and contractual obligations.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we implement operational safeguards, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation in every environment.

We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, HipHopServers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising from these terms will not exceed the total fees paid to us in the three months prior to the claim event.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction specified in your service agreement. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

If resolution is not possible, disputes may proceed through courts or arbitration as required by the governing agreement or local law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect platform changes, legal requirements, or improved service operations.

Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
